Experience in quality management, auditing, supplier quality, or continuous improvement will help you succeed, but above all, we value a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in developing how we work.

  • Knowledge of supply chain processes
  • Knowledge of one or more Automation Solutions products (preferably DCS – knowledge of other products such as pulp & paper quality management solutions is an advantage)
  • Ability to navigate in the matrix and initiate actions proactively
