What they need

Are you passionate about manufacturing, quality improvement and technical problem-solving? Join HD Construction Equipment Hyundai Europe and play a key role in supporting and improving our UKCUP and EUCUP manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving production and quality processes, analysing technical issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will investigate production and field quality concerns, perform root cause analyses and coordinate corrective and preventive actions to ensure high quality standards are maintained.

You will also act as an important link between manufacturing, logistics, quality and engineering teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across different stakeholders. In addition, you will support technical topics related to product customisation, transport damage management, process standardisation and engineering change implementation.

Through data analysis and performance monitoring, you will help identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and operational performance while supporting best practices across the organisation.

Are you the new colleague we are looking for?

  • A technical background in Manufacturing, Engineering or Quality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), quality management and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting (Excel; SAP is a plus)
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and priorities
  • A mature and proactive mindset, with the confidence to operate as a standalone specialist
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work effectively in an international environment

What to expect?

A comprehensive onboarding program will help you become successful in the role. During the initial training period, you will spend time at our European headquarters in Belgium, working alongside experienced colleagues to gain hands-on knowledge of our products, processes and systems. As this training period is an essential part of the onboarding process, candidates must be able and legally permitted to travel to and stay in Belgium for this period.
