*Hiring Quality & Product Development Manager* Location - *Dhulagar, Howrah* Salary- *60k to 70k* *Education Qualification-* B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical. Experience - *10 to 12 years in wire, cable, electrical conductor or similar manufacturing industry.* *Key Job Responsibilities:* Lead Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Product Development activities for enameled copper and aluminium winding wires. Ensure products meet customer specifications, applicable standards and quality requirements.  Ensure reduction in quality complaints by effective handling and coordination with Marketing and Production Department.  Develop and improve products/processes based on customer requirements and market needs.  Ensure quality check of all incoming/Process/Outgoing material to ensure required specification.  Manage ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System, including audits, documentation, CAPA, and continual improvement.  Coordination, Implementation and total compliance for customers audit in order to fulfill their requirements.  Drive root-cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and reduction of defects and customer complaints.  Coordinate with Production, R&D, Sales, and Customers for quality and product-related issues.  Establish and monitor quality parameters, testing procedures, and process controls.  Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and customer-specific requirements. Computer Skills: *Microsoft Office.*

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
