Quality & Project Coordinator

As a Quality and Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in our projects' lifecycle. Picture needing to dispatch 50,000 electronic products. Your responsibilities will include drafting project plans, selecting and liaising with test labs, obtaining and comparing lab quotes, coordinating sample testing, overseeing test timelines, initiating necessary enhancements, organizing inspections, tracking production, and ultimately green-lighting shipments.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with test laboratories in Hong Kong and China
• Coordinate testing activities of our Chinese partner factories & laboraties
• Monitor test result progress, collect and review reports
• Draft simple project schedules and monitor the progress needly
• Draft EU declarations of conformity
• Request quotations from test labs, compare quotations and execute managers decision
• Follow up on fail resports and support solution finding
• Support Quality Manager on any tasks needed

Requirements:

• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. Good in English.
• Experience as laboratory customer service or in a quality department
• Accurate and detail oriented working style
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Good in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook)
• Experience with electronic products
