What they need
Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing, implementing, and obtaining certification for food quality and safety management systems, including Halal certification, prior to production launch.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of relevant quality and food safety systems.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain quality system documents and reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree
- Major in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- Familiar with ISO 9000, ISO 22000, HACCP, and HAS food quality and safety standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office applications
- Skilled in document preparation, report compilation, and filing/archiving
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic spoken English proficiency
- Experience in establishing, implementing, and continuously improving management systems is preferred
