We're seeking an experienced Quality & Technical Manager to lead our quality strategy across orchard, post-harvest, storage, and customer programmes. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving continuous improvement, enhancing quality performance, and ensuring consistent delivery of world-class fruit quality. This role will report to the GM Operations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead and continuously improve Freshco's quality systems and standards.
• Partner with growers and operational teams to maximise fruit quality, pack-out performance, and marketable yield.
• Provide technical leadership on fruit quality, storage performance, and customer requirements.
• Analyse quality trends, investigate issues, and drive practical solutions.
• Build quality capability and foster a culture of excellence across the business.
• Support export programmes and customer relationships through informed quality decision-making.

Skills and Experiences:

• Experience in quality, technical, post-harvest, or horticultural leadership.
• Strong understanding of fruit quality systems and continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to influence and lead change.
• Passion for quality, innovation, and achieving outstanding results.
