Quality assistant

• Inspections and Testing: Check incoming raw materials, parts, or finished products to find defects or errors.
• Documentation: Keep clear records of test results, logs, and quality manuals.
• Audits: Help plan and run routine internal checks to ensure the team follows safety and quality rules.
• Problem Solving: Report non-compliance issues or flaws to the Quality Manager and help find root causes.
• Support: Train new staff on basic quality steps and organize samples. [1, 2, 3]

Key Requirements

• Education: A high school diploma, associate degree, or a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Skills: Good attention to detail, basic computer skills (such as MS Excel), and clear communication.
• Experience: Often entry-level (1 to 2 years) or familiarity with general manufacturing or office workflows. [1, 2, 3, 6]

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹25,532.47 per month
