QC Assistant in RMC (Ready Mix Concrete)
- Raw Material Testing: Inspecting aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures to ensure compliance with standards.
- Concrete Testing: Conducting routine slump tests for workability and casting cubes for compressive strength testing.
- Plant Quality Assurance: Monitoring batching plant operations, calibration of weighing equipment, and maintaining daily test records. [1]
