Quality Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Assistant to support the Quality Department in monitoring employee performance, workplace compliance, and overall operational standards.

The role involves monitoring CCTV cameras, conducting regular field inspections, observing employee behavior and compliance with company policies, and preparing accurate reports on violations, operational issues, and areas requiring improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras regularly to ensure employees comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Observe employee behavior, performance, attendance at assigned workstations, and overall workplace discipline.
• Identify and report violations, misconduct, negligence, or non-compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate daily and periodic quality reports based on CCTV observations and field inspections.
• Conduct regular field inspections and operational rounds across company facilities and work areas.
• Ensure employees remain at their assigned workstations and perform their duties according to established procedures.
• Monitor cases of employees leaving their workstations without authorization, delays, inappropriate behavior, or failure to follow procedures.
• Monitor customer service standards and employee interaction with customers.
• Observe workflow and identify operational delays, congestion, service issues, or other matters affecting efficiency and service quality.
• Document incidents and observations accurately, including the date, time, location, employees involved, and relevant details.
• Coordinate with the Quality Department, supervisors, and management regarding identified issues and required corrective actions.
• Follow up on previously reported observations to ensure corrective actions have been implemented.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding CCTV footage, employee information, investigations, and quality reports.
• Support the Quality Department in maintaining and improving operational and service standards.
• Perform any additional quality monitoring or compliance-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma required; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in Quality Control, CCTV Monitoring, Compliance, Operations, Security, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong observation skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to identify irregularities, violations, and operational issues.
• Good report-writing and documentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to conduct regular field inspections and work across different operational areas.
• Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Ability to remain objective and impartial when reporting employee performance or violations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
