Quality Assistant – Corrugated Box Manufacturing

Innotech Industries is looking for an experienced Quality Assistant for its corrugated box manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming kraft paper for GSM, BF, moisture, and other quality parameters.
• Monitor quality during corrugation, printing, slotting, die-cutting, stitching, and pasting.
• Ensure finished boxes meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct routine quality checks and maintain inspection records.
• Identify defects, take corrective actions, and reduce rejection and wastage.
• Handle customer quality complaints and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain quality documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in corrugated box or packaging manufacturing.
• Practical knowledge of kraft paper quality, BF, GSM, bursting strength, dimensions, and box specifications.
• Ability to identify printing, pasting, stitching, strength, and dimensional defects.
• Good documentation, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

Work Location: Piau Manihari, Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana.
