Quality Assistant Manager / Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily QC activities and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Oversee inspection plans, checklists and product specifications .
• Monitor quality performance, analyze trends and drive continuous improvement .
• Work with internal teams and customers to resolve quality issues and corrective actions .
• Lead, coach and develop the Quality team .
• Support NPI, process validation and improvement of high defect/failure rates.
• Lead structured problem-solving using 8D, RCA and CAPA .
• Ensure compliance with management systems and code of conduct .

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field .
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within EMS or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of management systems and code of conduct , such as:
• ISO 9001
• ISO 14001
• ISO 27001
• RBA Code of Conduct
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills .
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor .
