Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in our fresh food processing facility. This role is responsible for leading production teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met
• Lead and manage production line employees, including training, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality control standards, and company policies
• Monitor production schedules and labor allocation to meet deadlines and optimize workflow
• Conduct inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
• Assist in implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift logs
• Collaborate with warehouse, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
• Enforce health and safety protocols, promoting a culture of workplace safety
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support and lead employees

What You Bring to the Table

✅ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

✅ Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience in food production, manufacturing, or a related industry

✅ Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)

✅ Leadership Skills: Ability to train, motivate, and supervise production teams

✅ Process Improvement: Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods is a plus

✅ Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with HACCP, FDA, USDA, and food safety regulations

✅ Technical Skills: Ability to operate production equipment and troubleshoot minor issues

✅ Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify and resolve production challenges quickly
