Role: Quality Analyst – AR Calling
Experience: 3–6 Years in US Healthcare AR/RCM
Maximum CTC: 6 LPA
Shift: Night Shift / US Shift
Key Requirements
- On-paper QA experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in US Healthcare AR Calling / RCM
- Experience in call monitoring, quality audits and QA scorecards
- Good knowledge of AR processes, denials, claims and payer follow-up
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to provide feedback and conduct quality calibration sessions
