1. To continuously improve the Research & Development team’s capabilities, processes and products.
2. To actively participate in ensuring Quality in all aspects of our work.
3. To contribute to improvements in Manufacturing area’s Key Operating Parameters to enhance Phimco’s operations and augment employees’ income.
4. To contribute in the achievement of expected results in Research & Development Key Results Areas (KRA's)
5. To manage and maximize Research & Development team resources.
6. To assist the Technical Services Supervisor in product development, process development and raw material development.
