We Are Hiring: Quality Assurance Analyst (Field-Based)

At Cleanfuel, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to help ensure that our gasoline stations consistently deliver excellent service, operational compliance, and a positive customer experience. If you enjoy working in the field, conducting station assessments, and driving continuous improvement, we’d love to have you on our team.

What Will Be Your Role?

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will:

• Conduct regular field visits, inspections, and operational audits across assigned gasoline stations.
• Evaluate station compliance with company policies, operational standards, safety procedures, and customer service requirements.
• Assess station cleanliness, facility conditions, employee performance, and overall operational quality.
• Identify gaps, non-compliance issues, and operational risks, then recommend practical corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed audit and inspection reports, document findings, and monitor the implementation of corrective measures.
• Coordinate with station personnel and different departments to support quality improvement initiatives.
• Help ensure that all stations consistently meet Cleanfuel's quality, safety, and service standards.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Food Technology, Human Resources, or any related field.
• Strong analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze field findings and provide practical recommendations for operational improvement.

Must Haves

• Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Operations, Field Audit, Compliance, or a related field.
• Experience conducting field inspections, operational audits, or compliance evaluations is an advantage.
• Must be willing to travel extensively and conduct frequent field visits to gasoline stations.
• This is a field-based position that requires regular station inspections and on-site operational assessments.
• Must possess a valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
