Salary Range: BDT 50,000 – 55,000 per month

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00PM Bangladesh Standard Time (flexible days and hours may be required)

Job Location: On-Site, Agrabad, Chattogram

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically capable and detail-oriented individual to join our Tech Support team. This role is centred on the operational core of IT support: understanding and reporting bugs, managing tickets through to resolution, setting up platform access for staff and students, and monitoring access across our systems. The successful candidate will work closely with the development team to get bugs resolved quickly, and with the wider IT team to keep platform access accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Quality of Requirements & Implementation

• Review business requirements and acceptance criteria to judge whether planned features will actually meet the business need
• Validate that delivered features align with the original requirement, not just that they function correctly
• Assess implementation quality across internal Business Platforms, Moodle LMS, Microsoft Teams, and other operational tools
• Give sign-off recommendations based on business fit

UAT Coordination

• Coordinate UAT sessions with relevant stakeholders (academic coordinators, managers, student support staff)
• Gather and consolidate UAT feedback into clear, prioritised input for developers
• Confirm stakeholder sign-off before features go live

Requirements & Implementation Support

• Work with Business Analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements and flag quality risks before build begins
• Contribute to implementation planning by surfacing business-fit risks early
• Follow up with developers and vendors, confirming fixes genuinely address the original business need

Continuous Improvement

• Identify recurring gaps between requirements and delivery
• Document known issues and resolutions to build a shared knowledge base
• Feed quality insights back into how requirements are written and reviewed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management / Management Information System, IT or a relevant field.
• 2+ years in quality assurance, business analysis, or a similar role focused on business-requirement alignment
• Experience with platforms such as learning management systems, student portals, or similar enterprise tools
• Strong ability to assess whether delivered features genuinely meet the business need, not just whether they "work" technically
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and quality expectations upfront
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
• Able to identify gaps between what was delivered and what was actually requested
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident working independently
• Flexible and adaptable to varying days and hours based on operational needs
• Familiarity with AI tools and ability to leverage them effectively in day-to-day work
• Must be 25 years of age or older
