Quality Assurance Analyst

• Conduct online and offline testing of finished goods, WIP, and raw materials to verify product quality and conformance to specifications.
• Release WIP/bulk products after completing required tests and coordinating with production in case of deviations.
• Investigate non-conforming products by conducting root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate QA records and reports.
• Perform regular calibration and verification of laboratory instruments and weighing scales.
• Prepare product samples for client evaluation and internal assessments.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and GMP guidelines to maintain product quality and consumer safety.
• Promote and comply with company safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Job Specifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related science field.

Experience:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a laboratory or QA role within a manufacturing or FMCG company.
• Licensed Chemical Technician or Chemical Engineer.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in conducting physical, chemical, and sensory testing of food products.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices.
• Experience in using laboratory instruments and equipment calibration.
• Familiarity with QA documentation and reporting systems.

Soft Skills:

• Good understanding of technical knowledge on quality issue investigation and analysis, particularly in the food industry.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Can work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
