Quality Assurance Analyst

● Review and verify manufacturing, packaging, and quality control documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with approved procedures.

● Perform in-process monitoring and inspection of manufacturing and packaging activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures and GMP requirements.

● Review and evaluate deviations, incidents, complaints, and other quality-related issues; assist in identifying root causes and appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

● Assist in the preparation, review, and monitoring of CAPA, change controls, and other quality system activities.

● Participate in internal audits and assist in monitoring the implementation and closure of audit findings.

● Review and maintain QA records, reports, forms, and other controlled documents to ensure proper documentation and traceability.

● Assist in product disposition and batch release activities by reviewing relevant production and QC records and ensuring that requirements are met.

● Monitor compliance with approved procedures, specifications, and established quality standards within the assigned areas.

● Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments regarding quality-related concerns and activities.

● Assist in the investigation and documentation of product quality issues, returned products, and other quality events.

● Support the implementation and monitoring of quality improvement initiatives.

● Prepare reports and provide updates on assigned QA activities and quality-related issues.

● Perform other QA-related duties as assigned by the QA Supervisor/Manager.

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
