What they need
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct daily inspections of construction works.
- Ensure all works comply with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify non-conforming works and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare inspection reports, punch lists, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with the Project Engineer AND Site Engineer, regarding quality-related issues.
- Verify that completed works meet project requirements before turnover.
- ASSIST IN DETAILING AND ESTIMATES
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS-Civil Engineering
- With driver’s license
- With atleast 2-years experience in residential projects
Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
