Quality Assurance and Control Supervisor

The Role

Supervise employees, inspect product quality (raw materials, in-process, and finished goods), ensure compliance with quality standards, coordinate with customers and production to resolve issues, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tools and equipment for sampling and inspection.
• Be responsible for quality control, inspection, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with quality standards, covering incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to analyze root causes and resolve quality issues of finished products that do not meet standards.
• Support related departments in sampling, preparation, and testing processes.
• Record inspection results and summarize reports.
