What You'll Be Doing

• Review assigned work, records, or outputs connected to residential and commercial moving, call-center support, customer scheduling, logistics, sales support, and operations for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before final handoff in the Quality Assurance Assistant role at One New Creation.
• Record defects, exceptions, missing information, and scoring results accurately in the approved quality system as part of the Quality Assurance Assistant role at One New Creation.
• Verify corrections and retest completed work when required across moving, call-center, and logistics operations in this Quality Assurance Assistant position.
• Track recurring errors and prepare quality summaries that show trends, defect types, and improvement opportunities for the One New Creation team as part of Quality Assurance Assistant work.
• Communicate findings clearly and objectively to the team responsible for correction while supporting moving, call-center, and logistics operations in the Quality Assurance Assistant role at One New Creation.
• Support calibration, checklist updates, and process improvements that reduce repeated quality issues as part of day-to-day Quality Assurance Assistant responsibilities at One New Creation.
