QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Completion of at least two (2) years of college in Food Technology, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Biology, or a related field. A relevant technical or vocational qualification may be considered for a contractual engagement.

Training: At least four (4) hours of relevant training in food safety, quality inspection, warehouse handling, inventory control, or documentation.

Experience: At least six (6) months of relevant experience in food and rice inspection, warehouse operations, inventory monitoring, quality control, or distribution documentation.

Eligibility: "Preferably Civil Service Professional; may be waived for Contract-of-Service engagement.

Competency (if applicable): Minimum of 8 hours of relevant training in food safety, quality management, HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), or related fields.

SCOPE OF WORK:

QUALITY ASSURANCE FRAMEWORK

• Develop and implement quality assurance standards procedures and audit systems for the P20 program operations.

PROCESS AUDIT & COMPLIANCE REVIEW

• Conduct regular audits of procurement, distribution, financial transactions and Kadiwa operations to ensure compliance with government rules, P20/kg pricing policy and program guidelines.

INTERNAL CONTROL ASSESSMENT

• Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls across operations (treasury, accounting, logistics, and field implementation).
