Quality Assurance Associate

Role Description The Quality Assurance Associate role at Escuela de Estructuras Metálicas is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting and improving quality standards across the organization. The individual in this role will review documentation, procedures, and deliverables to ensure compliance with established quality guidelines and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include performing quality checks, assisting in the development and maintenance of quality assurance processes, and documenting findings and corrective actions. The role also involves collaborating with team members to resolve quality issues, preparing concise reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Assurance Associate is expected to manage tasks independently, prioritize workload effectively, and maintain clear communication with relevant stakeholders in a remote environment.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to clearly document findings and collaborate with team members in a remote setting.
• Relevant experience in quality-focused roles, preferably in technical or industrial environments, is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic digital tools for documentation, reporting, and online collaboration.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
