Quality Assurance Associate

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Performs daily GMP checklist and implements corrective actions on deficiencies found.
• Inspects the grooming of all production, stockroom and delivery personnel
• Ensures completeness of records of QA forms.
• Perform product physical inspection of incoming materials and prepares the incoming Material Inspection Report
• Monitors and evaluates of process procedures.
• Maintains SOPs for all existing products, and work collaboratively with members of the production to verify SOPs.
• Monitors and prepares Finished Products Report which includes sensory evaluation of the product prior to dispatch.
• Reports and documents out-of-spec results to the QA Specialist.
• Inspects product returns and rejections from other branch.
• Inspects finished product transfer from the other commissary

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology / Science

Training/License/Certification: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)

Technical Skills:

• Technically competent with familiarity on Quality Assurance concepts and knows how to use minor food laboratory apparatus.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel).
