QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE

Key Responsibilities:

• Collate, validate, and submit quality objectives report on a monthly basis
• Review filed/reported incidents and issues (CAR or Non‑CAR), follow up accomplishment and conduct review of accomplished CAR/Non‑CAR
• Assist in root cause analysis and preparation of corrective actions
• Conducts periodic internal quality audit, follow‑up verification and closure audit for issued CARs
• Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2015)
• Review and update QMS documents such as MOP, Risk Register, Quality Objectives, Records Matrix, Interested Parties, other annex documents and forms
• Assist in internal audits and external audit preparations
• Administers customer satisfaction survey
• Administers customer satisfaction survey (duplicate entry in image)
• Plan, manage, execute, monitor, control and close process improvement projects
• Provide project status update
• Monitors completion/implementation of RHQ projects/initiatives assigned
• Submit required reports to RHQ as applicable
• Monitor ADS reports and ensure that ADS is filed for CIN reports categorized as CAT S, A and B
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process and quality improvement
• Assist in conducting quality orientations or training sessions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of any 4-year course. (Preferably, A graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering)
• At least one (1) year of work experience as Quality Practitioner/Staff (Familiar with ISO 9001:2015)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Amenable to work in Sucat, Paranaque
