Quality Assurance (Calibration)

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in QA, calibration, or cosmetics manufacturing is preferred.
• Good understanding of measuring equipment calibration and calibration scheduling.
• Familiar with QA documentation, SOPs, and GMP implementation.
• Familiarity with Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices (CPKB) is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, analytical, and highly organized.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all measuring instruments and relevant equipment have valid calibration status.
• Manage and monitor internal and external calibration schedules.
• Review calibration certificates and calibration reports.
• Ensure calibration documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with procedures.
• Follow up on equipment approaching or exceeding its calibration due date.
• Support audits and investigations related to calibration deviations.
• Ensure calibration activities comply with company SOPs and quality system requirements.
