Qualifications:
At least College Graduate
Graduate of Hospitality Management (HM), Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), or related course
Knowledgeable in quality and safety standards
Familiar with GMP, sanitation, and proper hygiene
Can conduct inspection and testing of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
Can monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and can maintain accurate QA records and documentation
Can assist in audits and compliance requirements
Willing to be assigned in San Juan, Manila
Detail-oriented and able to report quality issues to management
