About the role
The QA Staff supports field quality inspections, documentation, and reporting to ensure that telecom installations and operations meet required standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in conducting basic site inspections and quality checks.
- Document field activities through photos and reports.
- Support QA Officer during site validation and audits.
- Check compliance of field work based on QA checklist.
- Report defects, errors, and deviations from standards.
- Maintain QA records and documentation files.
- Coordinate with field teams for inspection requirements.
- Perform other QA-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
About you
- Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course (technical course is an advantage).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in field work or QA support (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of telecom installation or construction is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Willing to do fieldwork.
