Quality Assurance

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in formulating the company’s quality management strategies, plans and policies; put forward improvement plans and suggestions for the company’s quality management.
• Assist in planning the company’s quality and food safety management system; maintain and supervise the operation of the company’s quality and food safety management system.
• Be responsible for the collection, transmission, analysis and handling of internal and external information related to food quality and safety.
• Plan the work of the system team, provide quality-related training for team members, and supervise and inspect their daily work.
• Assist the Quality Manager in establishing the company’s complaint handling and response system.
• Be responsible for organizing product mock traceability and recall activities of the company.
• Plan the work of disinfection and pest control service providers as well as internal pest management.
• Be responsible for the compliance assessment and review of product packaging and labels at home and abroad.
• Assist the Quality Manager in organizing the certification and audit work related to the company’s quality and food safety management system.
• Be responsible for the reception and coordination of customer audits and third-party organization audits.
• Be responsible for planning internal inspections in accordance with customer audit standards and system requirements, including STAR internal audits, process audits, GMP inspections, etc.
• Supervisor Quality Control Assistant (QCA) for incoming inspection and laboratory testing.
• Provide training on supplier-related Critical Control Point (CCP), GMP and Traceability.
• Conduct Supplier Audit and ensure supplier compliance with company standards.
• Must possess relevant certification in BRCGS (formerly BRC) and FSSC 22000.
