What they need
Job Duties
- Assist in every plant audit and food safety and quality related documentation
- Check Physical Characteristics of all Inbound items - Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Store Accessories & Chemical
- Conduct Chemical Analysis of all Raw Materials. Check & verify all Outbound deliveries
- Check & record noted Non-Conformity
- Conduct training's and performs audit
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or other related science courses
- 1 year experience in the same field and level of expertise
- Experience in food safety audit function
- Experience in implementing quality standards in the same industry
- Organizational competencies: planning, problem solving & analysis, decision making, managing relations, people development
- Functional competencies: quality, sanitation & safety orientation; Total quality Management, auditing process and standards, laboratory skills, technical training
