Role & responsibilities
Customer Complaint CRM Call Analysis : Analyse and identify factory actionable calls. Prioritization of product / defect for factory actionable Review with CFT and initiate CA and monitor implementation.
Analysis and resolution of line Q issues on day-to-day basis
Interacting with Service team for resolution/analysis of site related issues. Need based site visits PAN India
Coordination with functions like Design, Engineering, Purchase and Suppliers for various developments, activities.
Improvement projects like Six Sigma, QC story etc
