What they need
Ensure all raw materials, processes, facility and products meet with the necessary requirements (e.g. legal, customer, internal/external standards), along with continuous maintenance and improvement of quality, record keeping, reporting, problem hunting and solving, and, ultimately, making sure a safe, high quality product is delivered to the customer.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a graduate of BS in Chemistry, Food Technology, or any Business-related courses
Minimum of 2 years work experience as QC Coordinator or QA
With knowledge to Baking Processes
With knowledge in troubleshooting bakery problems and issues
