Quality Assurance Engineer (Claim & Complain)

Responsibilities:

·         Control and responsible quality of product according to company target and customer required

·         To contact customers in the case of problem with the quality products according to customer’s requests

·         Perform tracking customers issue and representing customers about quality problem

·         Conduct analysis problem within customers target and follow up step problem solving with team member

·         Verify countermeasure effectiveness with team member

·         Follow up take Corrective and Improvement while problem occurred and control 4M change as requirement

·         Prepare the report summarizing the results of other quality checks for customers according to customer's request

·         Quality Improvement Activity & Manager's assignment

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related subject.

·         Working experience 3 - 5 years in Customer claim and Complain and Warranty claim from Automotive Industry

·         Must have knowledge of IATF16949

·         Good skills to provide the 8D report by English

·         Good command in English and proficient in MS Office

·         Good communications and presentation skills
