Quality Assurance Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and control In-Process Quality data.
• Investigate process and machine-related defects and lead the implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify and resolve quality concerns.
• Support internal, external, and customer audits, as well as customer visits.
• Prepare quality reports and present improvement plans.
• Monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve product and process quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electronics, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in handling process or quality issues, including the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, particularly ISO 9001.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Root Cause Analysis tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagram.
• Knowledge of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) management.
• Familiarity with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Knowledge of Control Plans and Quality Audits.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales.
