The organization values varied backgrounds, flexibility, continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving, and offers comprehensive benefits and career development programs.

Role Overview

We are seeking Software Quality Assurance Engineers at the Entry, Level II and Level III stages to help validate reliable, cost-effective and high-quality networking software. The role combines software testing, Python-based automation, network-device validation and cross-platform troubleshooting. Placement will be based on experience, technical depth, independence and leadership scope.

Shared Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, enhancement, testing, troubleshooting and debugging of networking software and related systems.

Create, maintain and execute test plans, protocols, scripts and technical documentation for assigned applications, modules or subsystems.

Identify, log, analyze and debug software, integration and system issues; develop automated tests, preferably using Python, to improve quality and coverage.

Validate network-device management and deployment workflows across routing, switching and firewall platforms.

Test software across multiple operating systems and platform types, including Linux, Unix and Windows.

Collaborate with software engineers, stakeholders and development partners to deliver reliable solutions and communicate design status, progress, quality risks and issue resolution.

Level l - Entry Level 0-2 years

Executes established tests; supports coding, debugging and automation for defined portions of a product.

Works within defined parameters as a contributing team member; provides information, analysis and recommendations.

Level II - 2-4 years

Writes and executes portions of test plans; designs limited enhancements and analyzes coding, programming and integration activities.

Works independently within an established framework with moderate supervision; communicates design status and issue resolution.

Level III - 4-6 years

Owns complete test plans for assigned areas; designs enhancements and solves complex code, test and integration issues.

Exercises independent judgment; may lead projects, represent the team on larger initiatives and mentor less-experienced engineers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Understanding of or experience with software and systems testing methodologies, including test-plan development and execution, debugging, test scripts and testing tools.

Programming or scripting experience, preferably with Python; stronger Python and automation depth is expected at higher levels.

Understanding of or experience with software automation, cross-platform systems, and network-device management across routing, switching and firewall devices.

Analytical and problem-solving skills appropriate to the level of the role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IXIA, Spirent or comparable network traffic-generation and analysis tools; familiarity may be sufficient for Entry-level candidates.

Hands-on experience testing networking products or Network Management Systems across Linux, Unix or Windows environments.
