Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

In line with our expansion plan, we are seeking a talented QA Engineer to join our growing team at Advance Vi Tech (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Port Klang, Selangor. As a QA Engineer, you will play a important role in ensuring the quality of delivered goods meeting our customer requirement. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional development and growth within the company

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Responsible for preparation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS and GRS documentation
2. Responsible for the ISO 9001 : 2015 and GRS External Audit. Prepare internal audit plan and lead the internal audit team.
3. Establish appropriate quality system to ensure all QA inspection and test are carried out effectively.
4. Liaise with customer for product enquiries and regulatory information.
5. Handle customer complaint and prepare complaint report to customer.
6. Handle customer request on the product's declaration status of legislation/compliance issue.
7. Involve directly in the microbiology lab quality control system & support weekly analytical lab operation.
8. Responsible for maintenance of equipment in Analytical lab and Microbiological lab
9. New material evaluation for cost effective plan.
10. Any duties that assigned by Assistant QA manager / Operation Manager

Job Requirements:-

1. Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirement and documentation
2. Experience in plastic industry will be an added advantage.
3. Understanding of plastic analytical equipment and plastic related materials
4. Solid understanding of basic microbiology principles, lab handling techniques and hygiene standard.
5. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
