QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to conduct quality inspections, validations, and compliance assessments for telecommunications network projects. This role ensures that network infrastructure, fiber optic deployments, and project deliverables meet company standards, technical requirements, and project acceptance criteria.

What You'll Do

• Conduct quality inspections, site validations, and compliance assessments for network infrastructure and fiber optic projects.
• Verify project deliverables against engineering designs, technical standards, work orders, and acceptance requirements.
• Review project documentation, test results, as-built plans, and quality records for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify, document, and monitor quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Network Build, Service Delivery, and Network Operations teams to ensure project quality and compliance.
• Prepare QA reports, inspection findings, and recommendations to support project acceptance and continuous process improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in telecommunications, network operations, network deployment, quality assurance, or fiber network projects.
• Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, quality assurance processes, inspections, and project acceptance activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting.
• Willing to conduct field inspections and site validation activities; a valid driver's license is an advantage.
