Quality Assurance Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for specific incoming material inspection and supplier management；

2. Responsible for the formulation of incoming inspection specifications for electroplating products；

3. Responsible for handling incoming material quality abnormalities, following up on the implementation of supplier improvement measures, and verifying their effectiveness

4. Assist the supervisor in tracking the quality of new stamped parts or transferred mold samples, organize FAI data for sample submission, and in cases of NG samples, follow up with quality control to confirm the situation and organize the information to respond to the customer

5. Assist the supervisor in preparing inspection specifications, WI, VA, FAI samples, first-article/inspection records, etc., for stamped parts products

6. Assist the supervisor in the judgment and follow-up handling of stamping / injection process abnormalities

7. Assist the supervisor in handling customer complaints and returns of stamped / injection parts

8. Assist the supervisor in following up on the implementation and effectiveness verification of improvement measures for stamping part customer complaints

9. Assist the supervisor in managing stamping customer complaint defective products and incoming material defective products, and organize regular cleanups

10. Other tasks assigned by supervisors)

11. Familiar with company-related management systems ISO9001 and IATF16949

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Work Experience: 3 years of work experience, 2 years of quality work experience, with knowledge in stamping, ability to work independently, familiar with the operation processes of corrective and preventive measures. Have a certain understanding of connectors and can proficiently operate the customer portal website.；

2. Has good analytical and problem-solving skills；

3. Possess strong self-discipline, the ability to work independently, and the ability to withstand pressure；

4. Possess a high level of work enthusiasm, good teamwork skills, and the ability to accept the company's occasional overtime requirements。

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
