Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• **Strategic Planning:**Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, test plans. Define quality metrics and establish and benchmarks for software quality.
• Test Management: Oversee the planning, integration, and non-functional testing. Manager test plan with UAT team to ensure quality across product and delivery timeline.
• Collaboration: Work closely with scrum masters, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment on quality objective.
• Automation & Tools: Drive test automation efforts and identify appropriate tools for automated testing. Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks.
• **Risk Management:**Identify potential quality risks in projects and develop mitigation plans. Review defects, conduct root cause analysis, and enforce corrective measures.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain details records of testing processes, defects, and resolution. Prepare regular QA status reports for project stakeholders.
• **Process Improvement:**Evaluate and improve QA processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in QA.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or any related fields.
• 4 years of experience in software testing/quality assurance/information technology.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product requirements, goals, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience in Test automation.
• Good command in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
• Working Environment: Onsite 100%
