Quality Assurance Engineer

1.        Issues Quality Claim to suppliers based from IQC and Production Detection

2.        Conducts supplier Quality Management Programs such as Quality Meeting and Process Audit

3.        Monitors effectiveness of actions taken by the Supplier

4.        Assist in handling customer complaint and request by customer

5.        Assist in handling customer activities internally and externally such as customer process audit and quality meeting

6.        Assist in communication to customer particular to requests / concerns relating to product quality in the absence of superior.

7.        Assist in the internal process auditing and/or Pre-audit for customer schedule audit

8.        Monitors effectiveness of actions to a customer feedback / audit finding

9.        Strictly implement 5S habit to make sure cleanliness in the work area.

10.     Strictly follow the IMS (quality, environmental, health and safety) policies set by the company as well as the automotive quality management system standards to ensure the proper implementation of the system through compliance with all relevant legislations and regulations in which we subscribe.
