Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct quality control inspections using CMM, MSA, SPC techniques to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in manufactured parts.
- Develop and maintain documentation for quality procedures, including test plans, reports, and records.
- Analyze data from inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in a QA engineering role within the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
- Proficiency in CMM operation and programming (e.g., Hexagon).
- Strong understanding of MSA (Measurement System Analysis) principles and implementation.
- Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) methodologies.
