Quality Assurance Engineer

• Key Responsibilities

· Ensure QA activities comply with ISO Management Systems (9001, 14001) adhere to testing standards (ISO), and meet product requirements, including calibration processes

· Plan, lead, and monitor daily sessional QA task plans and quality improvement initiatives.

· Conduct internal audits and manage timely closure of audit findings.

· Coordinate external audits and certification activities, including document preparation and audit support.

· Oversee the maintenance and calibration of test equipment to ensure reliability and compliance with standards.

· Review and maintain calibration activities, and take corrective actions if equipment is out of tolerance.

· Prepare, review, and submit quality-related reports and documentation according to standards.

· Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective, preventive, and improvement actions, and verify their effectiveness.

· Supervise and guide QA Technicians and Senior Technicians in task execution and problem-solving.

· Collaborate with other departments and external parties to support project or audit needs.

· Support department KPI tracking and ensure readiness for customer or third-party requirements.

• Minimum Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics Engineering.

· Knowledge on FMEA, 8D, MSA, SPC

· Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or ISO-certified environment

· Basic understanding of Manufacturing / Test Engineering principles, process improvements, and strong organizational, reporting, and analytical skills

· Able to work independently and be results-oriented with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
