Quality Assurance Engineer

Are you passionate about quality, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction? We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Malta. This role is ideal for an analytical and customer-focused engineer who enjoys investigating technical issues, identifying root causes, and driving continuous improvement across products and processes.

As the primary link between customers and internal teams, you will be responsible for analysing returned products, managing warranty-related investigations, and ensuring robust corrective actions are implemented to enhance product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse customer returns, warranty claims, and product failures.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct quality audits and support the closure of findings.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, Sales, and suppliers.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain quality documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and reduce warranty costs.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and computer literate.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
