What You’ll Do:

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, system, exploratory, and API testing across web, mobile, and backend applications.
• Ensure proper test coverage and validate application functionality, workflows, integrations, and user experience against business requirements.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects; perform root cause analysis and verify fixes before release.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, test planning, estimation, and risk assessment to ensure quality expectations are met.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, regression suites, execution reports, and quality metrics; provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and defects to stakeholders.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• Work Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, covering manual and automated testing, web applications, APIs, and system integrations, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test case design, defect management, regression testing, and quality reporting; experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Automation and Tools: Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestSigma; familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and SQL database validation.
• Competencies and Advantageous Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Knowledge of performance testing, programming languages, Docker, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices is an advantage.
