Quality Assurance Engineer

【QA Engineer (Hardware Quality / Process Quality Management)】

Core Responsibilities:

Hardware Quality Assurance and Process Quality Management (QA/QC)

• Formulation and management of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC).
• Yield data monitoring, process capability assessment (Cp, Cpk), and leading defect rate reduction activities.
• Conducting Root Cause Analysis and executing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) based on 8D Reports when mass production/on-site defects occur.
• Formulation of standards and result judgment for reliability tests (high/low temperature, thermal shock, waterproof/dustproof, drop, vibration, ESD, etc.).
• Handling technical documentation and sample verification for domestic and international certifications (KC, CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, etc.).

General Qualifications (Applicable to both positions):

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in hardware production, quality, or manufacturing technology for electronic products, smart devices, communication equipment, etc.
• Professional Skills: Strong understanding of the overall manufacturing process for electronic products, including high-density SMT processes, mechanical assembly, firmware burning, and FT (Functional Testing).
• Travel Requirements: Ability to collaborate with overseas ODM manufacturers and conduct on-site audits; no obstacles to overseas travel.
• Language Skills: Ability to communicate and negotiate technically in business Chinese or English.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience residing on-site and leading projects at EMS/ODM partners in Greater China (Mainland China/Taiwan, etc.) or Southeast Asia is preferred.
