Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer (QA/QC) with a strong background in construction and PMC (Project Management Consultancy) projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities, materials, and workmanship comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Conduct site inspections and coordinate material testing for concrete, cement, steel, soil, and other construction materials.

Identify quality issues and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, checklists, and test records.

Verify construction activities and workmanship as per project requirements and relevant IS codes.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and testing laboratories to ensure quality compliance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, testing methods, and quality control procedures.

• Proficiency in interpreting structural and architectural drawings.

• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation, ITPs, method statements, NCRs, and corrective action reports.

• Understanding of Indian Standards (IS codes) and construction quality requirements.

• Good coordination, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and preparation of quality reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in construction companies, PMC firms, or infrastructure projects.

• Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or industrial construction projects.

• Experience in material testing laboratories and site quality inspections will be an advantage.

• Candidates with strong documentation and contractor coordination experience are preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
