What they need
Job Title: QMS Engineer – Control Panel / Switchgear
- Location: Shivane, Pune
- Experience: 3–6 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical
- Industry: Control Panel / Switchgear Manufacturing
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage QMS activities, quality documentation, and ISO compliance.
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Handle NCR, CAPA, root cause analysis, and customer complaints.
- Prepare SOPs, inspection reports, quality checklists, and work instructions.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams for quality improvement.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Control Panel / Switchgear Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Electrical Quality Inspection and ISO Standards.
- Experience in QMS, NCR, CAPA, and Quality Control.
