ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the correctness, reliability, security, and performance of our core HCM products across web, mobile, and backend platforms.

This is more than a manual testing role. You will use AI-assisted testing tools and engineering agents to accelerate test design, automation, defect investigation, and test data generation while maintaining independent verification judgment.

You will work on business-critical systems where payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and reliable business processes matter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Analyze product requirements and business rules to identify ambiguities, missing scenarios, edge cases, and quality risks.
• Leverage AI tools and engineering agents for test case generation, test automation, synthetic data creation, and defect analysis.
• Independently validate AI-generated test cases, automation scripts, and results to ensure correctness and meaningful coverage.
• Design, execute, and maintain functional, integration, smoke, regression, and end-to-end tests across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Build and improve automated test scripts, reusable test utilities, and regression test suites.
• Verify API responses, database consistency, calculations, and business workflows using SQL, API testing tools, and application logs.
• Investigate and document defects with clear reproduction steps, expected results, supporting evidence, and business impact.
• Perform foundational security, performance, compatibility, and data integrity testing.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product, and Support teams to prevent defects and improve overall product quality.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 0–3 years of experience in software QA, software testing, or related engineering roles. Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and SDLC.
• Experience or strong interest in testing web, mobile, backend, and database systems.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, relational databases, test automation, and software delivery workflows.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with or interest in enterprise technologies such as Angular, Flutter, C#/.NET, and PostgreSQL.
• Ability to use AI testing tools effectively while independently verifying generated results.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to understand complex Payroll, Attendance, HR, and Tax business rules.
• Good communication skills, collaborative mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.
