About the role
Quality Assurance Engineer role involving quality performance management, problem analysis, equipment calibration, and compliance with ISO procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Train and develop inspectors or technicians to achieve high standard of quality performance
- Investigate and analyse quality related problems and interact with other departments
- Administer calibration and control of inspection, measuring and test equipment
- Collect quality data and compile reporting
- Perform 100% FA measurement and prepare report and submit to customer
- Act as an Internal Auditor to ensure all departments follow up with ISO procedure
- Implement SPC / CPK study on all parts
- Perform any other duties instructed by Superior
About you
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Injection Moulding or Manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ISO system
- Computer literacy
- Able to develop a work schedule and monitoring project
