Mandatory Skills

• Experience in quality assurance and testing, preferably in DevOps or mainframe environments.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools for automation and manual testing.
• Familiarity with IBM Z/OS environments and related DevOps tools (e.g., UCD, Wazi Deploy).
• Experience in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing migration tools or accelerators in mainframe projects.
• Knowledge of IBM middleware (CICS, IMS, DB2, MQ).
• Familiarity with Unix System Services (USS) and security configurations.
• Certifications in quality assurance or testing (e.g., ISTQB).
• Prior experience in staff augmentation roles for large enterprises
